Our annual get together gives the foster parents the opportunity to see the dogs we have bathed, loved, nursed and sometimes been glad to see the back of (though they wouldn't admit it)! Bring a blanket or chair with you. Anyone with any bric-a-brac can bring it with them and I will store it for the next fund raising day. Please bring your dog and take part in our Fun Dog Show or feel free to drop by with your family, friends and dogs at any time between 10am and 4pm so that we can meet. It is always so good to see you all and to know we have your support in the work we do.

Why not make a weekend of it! There are camping/caravan and B & B facilities at dog friendly Norden Farm. To book, visit the website at www.nordenfarm.com There is also a farm shop.

Pound Puppy Rescue Bazaar

picture of Jayne The February Bazaar went very well and made a nice dent in our outstanding account at the vets. Despite the roadworks disrupting traffic, people still managed to find us. It was lovely to welcome Nicki as a new helper and a possible foster home. Best of all for me and the foster mums and dads was meeting so many of our adopted dogs. Peter the Airedale was unrecognizable. It is always amazing to see the work and love put into a very lucky dog. We also saw lots of pups that have grown up looking so good and happy with their new families. The ex-breeding females who just melted our hearts came in wagging their tails and looking so different. I was also snubbed by our old favourite and so well named PRADA!

A big thank you to Carole and the staff at Dylan's Cafe/Restaurant for allowing us to use the hall and providing us with coffee. If you are in the area, it is well worth a visit to the The Courtyard Centre, Lytchett Minster
