Kamila's Pearl
Welcome to Pound Puppy Animal Rescue, Poole, Dorset, UK.

Pound Puppy Animal Rescue is a Registered Charity (No 1167435) non profit organisation that rescues hundreds of young/adult/ancient dogs and cats every year that would otherwise be killed because they do not have a home. Having rescued the pets Pound Puppy Animal Rescue then provides medical treatment and tender loving care until they are healthy enough to find a new home.

Pound Puppy Animal Rescue find homes for unwanted, abandoned and stray puppies, dogs, cats and kittens from council pounds, breeders and homes that can no longer look after them. The animals stay in foster homes looked after by our volunteers in the area around Poole, Dorset until they find a suitable home.

We need foster families to provide temporary homes for our cats and kittens, dogs and puppies, preferably around Bournemouth and Poole. We supply everything the animal will need: food, bedding, crate. All you need to supply is love, a nice home and time. If you think you can help please e-mail your location and phone number to foster@poundpuppy.org

We will rehome dogs and cats to Dorset and the surrounding counties: Isle of Wight, Wiltshire, Hampshire and the Channel Islands, and further afield, home checks and circumstances permitting.

This is a special appeal

We at Pound Puppy Rescue have been asked to help these two pups in Spain. We have named them Archie and Poppy. These poor pups were found living on the street in awful condition. There were three pups but one was killed by a car. The little black one was also injured by a car resulting in a fluid filled lump on the top of his head for which he is receiving treatment. These pups are with a fantastic foster home in Spain where they will stay until we can obtain a pet passport for them. This will require vaccination, microchip, rabies innoculation, worm and flea treatment. Once they have their passports the pups will come to the UK though DEFRA. All this will require money so we are appealing for your help. If you can donate any amount it will help.

We will keep you informed about their progress. On behalf of the pups thankyou.
